Gregory’s site specific installation, ‘A Taste of Home’, is installed across a series of twenty-four billboards in the ticket hall of the Heathrow Terminal 4 Underground station. The artist recognised this site as one of transition and change – a portal – and rooted the commission in dialogue with refugees and asylum seekers currently living in nearby temporary accommodation.

The campaign takes the form of a series of posters and a concertina leaflet that collects fragments from two poems – ‘Home’ by Warsan Shire, and ‘Seeds in Flight’ by Khaled Abdallah – and places them alongside ingredients and recipes that were discussed as ‘tastes of home’ during a series of workshops that Gregory facilitated with the currently up-rooted community. This text was then collaged over botanical cyanotypes and monotypes created by Gregory.
